Forgot about this thread   anyway I did check for ya and the temp goes to 16 but then when you wack it onto max cold on the temo the display only states MAX so I don't know what the temp is, it is fairly low though as the fans kick in on max and you can definitely feel the colder air coming out of the vents.

So I think taking it to a garage is probably your best bet, let us know how you get on?

Tons are iPad installs and even a cheeky Nexus 7 install by these guy's, lots of videos though and it's a lot of work, they do from simple installs to full digital systems.

Don't forget that Brodit make tablet mounts and you can always bluetooth then to the stereo, or plug it in the USB port or use an audio cable.

I was just reading some of your project thread FOCA, got to say I was a bit lost in it all haha. So what power in bhp does your car have at the mo then and what is it's 0 to 60 time? I'm guessing 6 to 7 seconds? And is it an estate or a hatchback? I couldn't see these facts in all the info you've posted so sorry if you have stated it all already. I was just curious as it looks like you've done tons to boost the performance whilst keeping your MPG.

Mountune are also recognised by insurance companies. You can get a quote from Direct Line for instance for the ZetecS pre facelift both with and without the Mountune upgrade. A big plus I think for a car modification. As well as your local Ford dealer covering the warranty on it.
