Locking Problems

Hi Guys,

 

Just a little advice needed.

 

When i press my lock button twice on my fob the indicator lights dont flash but car is locked.

 

Any ideas what might be the issue with indicatior lights not flashing? (Ford Fiesta MK7 59 plate)

Catalytic Converter Fiesta Mk7

Hi Guys,

I own a Fiesta MK7 and it has done 17,000 miles and there was a whistling noise coming from the engine. I took it my ford dealer and they told me that my Cat had gone.

Its taken them a week and still no joy in locating a catalytic converter for my car.

They are telling me that not one dealer in the whole country has one. Dagenham and Germany have none aslo.

Surely this isnt possible?

Hi Guys,

Some little vandal last night keyed the rear quarter panel on the drivers side.

Really annoyed.

Going to book it into ford's bodyshop tomorrow.

Anybody any idea how much ford will charge and how long will it be with the bodyshop?

Whistle Noise

Hi Guys,

When i accelerate in any gear i get a whistle noise. It sounds at the back of the car around the exhaust area (but i might be wrong).

Anybody else had  similar prob or heard of anything similar?

Any advice greatly appreciated.

Leak In Mk7 Boot

Hi Guys.

Ive just looked in my boot and found a little bit of water on the drivers side of the boot and the carpet is also wet on that side.

Where is the best place to start looking for the leak?

Is this also covered by warrenty? (The car is 2 and a half years old)

Any advice would be much appreciated.
