Ford has launched a new, extended Tourneo range with the addition of the Connect.
The Tourneo will now be available in both five-seat and seven-seat versions in the form of the Tourneo Connect and the Grand Tourneo Connect respectively
Ford is targeting these cars at “active families or professional chauffers.”
No engines have been formally announced yet but Ford has confirmed that there will be a range of downsized petrol and diesel engines.
On this you can expect the 1.0 litre Ecoboost to lead the way for the petrols and the new 1.5 litre diesel which Ford is currently working to lead the diesel range.
The new Tourneo Connect and Tourneo Grand Connect will go on sale next year, with the 9-seater Tourneo Custom already on sale.
