Hi

	I have ford transit connect 1.6tdci 2014.

I have an issue where engine is running rough when everything is connected as is should be.

I did injector leak down test and while doing it engine was running perfect. I have eliminated injectors, all 4 running at the same numbers.

When the injector return fuel line is disconnected engine is perfect, when connected back in again engine is running rough/ knocking sound from around 1200 to 2000 revs. All this goes away when the return fuel line is disconnected.

I got the second hand return fuel line but that hasn't solved the problem.

Is there something else I should be looking at? Where could be the problem?

I really appreciate all the help.

Unfortunately, the dealer had been sent 2 sets of rear mud flaps so I had to return again on the 23rd February to have the front mud flaps fitted, but after 2.5 hours, I was told that the front mud flaps didn't fit my car and they couldn't find a part number for any that did fit my model. I was told that there were front mud flaps available for the Tourneo but not my version of it. Something to do with the plastic trim around the wheel arch. Does anyone know where I can get front mud flaps that will fit. My 2013 1.8TDCI 110bhp, when performing a DPF regeneration puffs out a cloud of blue/white smoke. The previous owner fitted a new DPF (aftermarket) and also the wrong one. It being for a euro 4 van. Mine is euro 5. It only puffs smoke out during its regen and after it’s finished it’s ok again and has no smoke at all. I have bought a new DPF I just don’t wanna fit it and ruin it cause it was expensive. He said before the aftermarket one was put on it it never smoked on a regen, but since this it smokes.

The hazards however did light up and if I just did the short hold, they too worked.

After I dropped child off I turned the ignition back and tried indicators again both inside and walking around vehicle and they were all working and have been fine rest of the day.

Has anyone had this happen? Any advice if it happens again.

Hi everyone. I've recently acquired a tourneo custom limited 2.2tdci. it has the rear fans/heater controls. Weird thing is, there's 2 pipes coming from the heater unit in the boot, which run under the car and come out in the engine bay, and noone seems able to tell me what they are/do. I've got a friend at ford who I've sent pictures and she's been great but the diagrams she has to work with are.... A bit naff. So I was wondering if anyone could help?

I *think* they are some kind of heater pipe, presumably to take water to the heater at the back? No hot air comes out of the blowers in the back when the engine is hot so I'm assuming no water getting there, but I can't find anything under the bonnet that seems to be missing. Photo attached. Many thanks in advance!

Good evening, I am the lucky owner of a 2018 ford turneo custom. 2.0 liter engine, and I would like some opinions from you, for a few days I have had the AdBlue® system malfunction
Service required on board. I got down to work and dismantled the injector that is in the DPF, I cleaned it, I also cleaned the hole inside the DPF, I mounted it back, after which I put the tester and gave it DPF regeneration, it did the whole thing perfectly, but the adblue error did not go away, and on top of that it also emits a lot of smoke from the front of the engine, I thought about taking the adblue tank off and checking the engine with two wires, but a friend told me that it would be useless to try this way because it would not work, please if you have been through this problem before, and you can help me, I appreciate the effort
