Hi I was wandering if there is a way to make the exterior door panel plastic gloss black because the standard door panel is a dull grey and had quite a “cheap” look.

Take it off and either paint it black and lacquer (which pretty much anyone can do) or wrap it.

What panel are you meaning? The plastic around the window? Just use a trim restorer I use McGuire's gel makes it gloss black

Yeah the plastic around the window. How long does it last before you would need to use the gloss again.

I didn’t think you could take the plastic off on the mk7.5

It's actually a wrap put on by ford you can replace it ask at ford parts


The gel I use lasts 1month odd depending on weather etc too bud
