Hi,

Can anyone point me in the right direction of the right bits I need to be able to run forescan. I'd like to do a few things like make the windows go down with the key and stuff like that I have heard you can do with it.

Any help is great

cheers

The windows should go down anyway with the key, it just needs setting up in most cases.

You need a modified Elm327 adaptor (has a little switch on the obd2 plug). The recommended one is from Tunnelrat as other ones from eBay are probably cheap Chinese copies. Obviously then a laptop with Forscan installed with extended license (free, you just have to renew it every two months).

Does the software for it work with Mac or is it windows only?
