Fiesta 2014 automatic won't start

Hi

My fiesta won't start last week the lights on the dash were on but engine wouldn't start now the car won't start at all, tried jumping the battery but no change completely dead. Has been suggested it is an immobilized issue, is that an easy thing to fix or do I need to tow it to the Ford garage?
