Rough idle

Recently picked up my focus but have noticed it feels rather lumpy at idle , rev needle sits low and can fluctuate , is this a common issue.

Mine was a bit lumpy on idle but when I had the cam belt changed the mechanic said the timing was slightly out and after adjusting it, it was a lot better
