Anti-trap window function fault

Hello everyone,

After winter I noticed a weird fault with my passengers window in C-MAX 2008. Anti-trap function opens the window every time I try to close it.

I followed the instructions in the manual, so that I can close it. But after I open it again and try to close, it will keep opening. I can't reset the memory because after I close the window manually (by holding button) and lift button again for a second, window will open automatically. 

Is there an easy fix for it?

Or do I need to contact service
