Oil capacity confusion

Fiesta 2013 plate mk7 1l ecoboost etc  

As far as I've read and double checked the oil capacity for this car is 4.1 ltrs however, when I poured the old oil in to the oil container it filled it up beyond the 5lt mark 

Am I correct with 4.1 and did dealers way over fill it last time it was done? 

Also the ***** mechanic who last did it didn't put oil on the oil filter rim and it had virtually welded on damn his eyes took ages to get it off 👿

Manual says 4.4L without filter and 4.6L with filter for the 1.0L Ecoboost.

Think it's 4.0 and 4.1 for 2013 1.0 ecoboost. Anybody else confirm? Check with Ford. I find the dipstick is hard to read which doesn't help!

i find 4.5 is sufficient. oil level should be checked after long while after engine stopped.
