bigup
Hey all. im am after a set of one piece solid wheel nuts for each wheel as some of the ones I have now have missing caps so the look ugly. (Plus without the caps they are 18mm) The locking nuts are fine, so I need 16 normal ones. the car has the original ford alloys on and the nuts are them silly designed cone shaped with the thin metal caps that get easily destroyed . I believe I need to get some with a captive washer too. I’ve found these: https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/16-Replacement-Wheel-Nuts-M12-x-1-5-With-Captive-Washer-NS202B-CW-WNA16-a/361632227920?fits=Car+Make%3AFord|Model%3AFocus|Cars+Year%3A2010|Plat_Gen%3AMK+II|Cars+Type%3A1.6+TDCi|Variant%3AMK+II+[2004-2016]+Estate&hash=item5432f5e250:g:PPgAAOxyVLNSoyo5 would these work ok ? my car is a focus mk2 1.6tdci 2010, zetec, 110bhp estate. thanks. Simon_K
Looks about right. I replaced mine with these: https://rover.ebay.com/rover/0/0/0?mpre=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.ebay.co.uk%2Fulk%2Fitm%2F261970738635 And they fit standard titanium multi spokes. My alloys are like these : Assume the wheel nuts will be ok?
Simon_K
I suspect they are same across ford models, but I’m no expert. Someone more knowledgable may be able to confirm.
Micro
Similar to the ones I bought. The protective "Zinc" sacrificial coating hasn't however lasted and they do look quite a dull grey colour now, but at least I can get the buggers off!
