Fiesta mk8 ecoboost remap

Featured Replies

Considering remapping my new mk8 Fiesta 1.0 ecoboost 140ps - has anyone done this already? and is it worth it? Any recommendations in the Coventry / Hinckley / Birmingham area appreciated. Thanks

I haven't seen anyone who's remapped a MK8 yet. From what I've seen of the MK7's, you can get 155-160hp out of the 1.0 with a remap. Easiest way is probably with a Bluefin (by Superchips). Costs about 350 quid, and you can do it yourself (and undo it yourself). Without changing other components you won't get a lot more with a custom map so in terms of £ per HP, this would be the way I would go. Obviously you have to consider the warranty/insurance implications as well.

Hi,

If you do need any help with insurance for a re-map then please feel free to drop me a line.

Regards,

Dan.

done the Bluefin map on my 100ps total left the 140ps behind the other day it actually cost me £406

I see Revo has a Mk8 tune now also
