Malfunction with seat belt light

Hi, I own a Fiesta TDCi 2012 not sure if it is the mk6 or mk7 and i have a problem with the seat-belt warning light as it is not switching on.

I tried the buckle - unbuckle for 9 times and the light flashes on dash but when i put the ignition on with seat-belt unbuckled the light does not switch on.

I connected it to a diagnostic tool and there is no error codes and both driver and passenger buckles are working and even the passenger pressure switch is working.

Can anyone help or has anyone encountered the same problem
