2008 Fiesta Heater unit not lighting up

Featured Replies

My heater illuminations aren't lighting up, the recycled air and AC buttons light up but the rest of it doesn't.

I took it apart and there's only one blown bulb but there are three plug sockets on the back of it and I only have two plugs that go into it? Surely with three connections there should be three plugs? The lights have been working fine until now I don't understand why they'd just stop.

Does anybody have any idea? Could it be a fuse or is it to do with the connector that isn't connected to anything. Quite confused here.

light bulbs blow, they fail suddenly, without warning. I had a 2007 fiesta which my brother has now. Many years ago the heater control lights stopped working on left side. They come back on if I hit the area hard with the palm of my hand. I never tried fixing it, I thought it was too much trouble to go to.
