Bigger turbo on my titanium zetec s fiesta !

Ok so I’ve hit my boost limit on my standard turbo . It is a 1.6 tdci, anyone know what bigger turbos will fit the titanium fiesta ?? In need of a bigger turbo . 😌

    its not quite as simple as that.

    a bigger turbo may need , 

    uprated intercooler , increased fuelling from engine management ,  replacement manifold etc etc.....

    none of it cheap

    Why do you need a bigger turbo? what power are you trying to put down as it is?

    From other peoples projects the first thing that needs replaced on the 1.6tdci 110bhp engine is the injectors. Shes already quite sluggish down low, slapping a bigger turbo in isnt going to help that without some serious work. 

    Ive seen posts hitting 200hp but thats after some serious work done to the car.

    I'd agree as above. You may need supporting mods so the engine can handle it. In terms of turbo you can check out NBS styling as they sell hybrid turbos. If you have the 90hp version you could get the injectors and turbo from the 110hp version and remap that.

    You'll need bigger injectors, front mount cooler and relevant hoses, hybrid turbo as above, clutch and remap. Is it a mk7?
