Squeaking after 20 mins driving

Just recently bought a 2009 Mk7 fiesta which was serviced a week before I bought it! But noticed that after about 20 to 30 mins driving when I start to brake there is a squeaking/screeching from what sounds like something very slightly touching metal from my front right wheel, it'll happen when I'm not on the brakes, accelerating, or slowly going round a corner. Any ideas what it might be?
