Privilege Discount on Parts & Servicing

Hello all, I wonder if you could shed some light on this because the (apparently) dedicated Ford Privilege team seem to know nothing about what they're doing!

My grandmother is a Ford pension beneficiary, and I am led to believe that I could benefit from her Privilege discount for parts and servicing.

Every dealer I have spoken/been to, whether it be the parts or the service counter, had no idea what documentation I needed to produce in order to get the discount.

Does anybody have any experience of doing this and know what the limitation of the Privilege discount are? Nobody that I've spoken to at Ford seem to know!

Thank you in advance for any and all advice given.

From memory your Grandmother should have a code that you can give to the garage.  But for general servicing the offers work out cheaper than the discount as they bundle the service in a way to get you in the door.
