Ford Focus 2007 DPS Pressure Sensor

Hi I have the following error on my car P2453 Diesel particulate filter pressure sensoe A circuit range  performance.

I have changed the sensor and the two pipes going to it as they were split also had the PAT fluid replaced as it was low, had the DPF regenerated and a DPF cleaner run through it but have the engine management light still on and won't pass an MOT, help?

 

Could the Sensor be faulty still? it was bought from eBay.
