Fiesta mk7 brake drum question

Hi, I am going to be changing the bearings on the rear of my car as starting to give off a bit of noise. I am considering replacing the shoes/drums while there. I am a little confused I have seen hubs with bearings & drums with bearings. I understand how the hubs are fitted. But unsure how the drums with bearings are fitted to the backplate. Can anyone advise? This is the link to drums with bearings. There doesn't seem to be the end bit with the bolt holes for the back plate? Am I missing something?

this is the wheel bearing type. not had any issues with mk7 wheel bearings, are you sure its wheel bearing noise and not tyres with iregular wear causing a simular noise?

the drums are separate to the bearings and are held to the hub with 2 screws
