Pretty sure the Focus front seats are a lot bigger, though you might be able to modify the bases to fit. The rears definitely won't fit though.

Fronts definitely won't fit without modifying the runners. I have a pair of seats out of a MK2 Focus RS in my Fez. Rears will definitely will not fit without drastic modification which I'm currently in the process of doing 😉

How did you modify the runners? Would love to put the fronts in my little fez aha

You will have to remove the Focus brackets and either bolt or weld a set of Fiesta runners to the bottom of the seat. Or make a subframe and bolt the new seats to that.

What about the plugs for air bags and that I'm guessing the heated seats won't work anymore either

Airbag and seatbelt warning lamp plugs are straight swaps. If your car is equipped with heated seats and the Focus seats are heated they will work, just a matter of plugging the wires back in to the relevant places.
