TangoDaz
Thinking of lowering my focus the question is do I use Eibach's or do I go coilovers? Thanks in advance
Dan P
I had Eibachs on my Mk2 Focus and loved them. They made her sit lower and flat (rather than having her tail in the air), improved the handling and still left her as a comfortable drive for long journeys. Coilovers would give you a bit more flexibility I suppose and allow you to go even lower but wouldn't they be more expensive and possibly overkill?

TangoDaz
Thanks Yunni and Dan i take it you both had your cars lowered at a garage ? I was thinking of doing it myself and just wanted to know how hard it was to do. I did my sons fiesta the other week but I've been told the focus is a little bit harder. FatHead1979
+1 for Eibachs, I dread to think what the ride quality would be like with coilovers!
yunii
Please note the more lower you go with 18s or more rims you will be rubbing or catching on turn circle . Which then will require steering rack limiter which will reduce even more turning circle . Which is bad. With 18s & st springs it was ok .
