Foreign registered wagon so foreign driver who likely has little understanding of our highway code and road traffic laws. He would have had plenty of time to stop the truck unless he was dong more than the speed limit for that roundabout. Either the driver was distracted (maybe watching something on a laptop or using a phone) or he was just being a complete plonker and couldn't be bothered to apply the brakes to stop. 1 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
