Headlight adjustment

Right then guys. 2014 tit x estate with halogen headlights. 

Is there a way to adjust the height of the main beam without adjusting the dipped beam. My main beam actually aims upwards

Sounds like the bulb hasn't been seated correctly. Remove the headlight and check it, I'd say.

If it has been seated correctly then it could be a dodgy bulb. (even if it is new)

No you cant adjust them separately, have you changed bulbs recently, i would check they are in correctly.

Yea. Handed them recently and they are seated perfectly. I checked numerous times. I'll have to have an investigation I think

They are very easy to get seated wrongly i know ive struggled with them, its much easier with the headlight units out of the car.

I did that and checked and re checked. I'll look again to see. Does anyone have an image of they should look like from head on with the bulbs seated correctly
