Dim dipped lights

Hope this is in the right section. Fiesta 2015 

The headlights on dipped are a yellow light and not very bright, main beam is fine, I’ve found the bulb number on the forum 499 H7

can anyone recommend a brighter white light bulb for the dipped.

Stay away from blue-tinted bulbs. They appear brighter in that they increase the glare, but a bluer light is actually worse to see by, and by filtering out the red end of the spectrum (which is what a blue filter does) you are reducing the useful light output. If anything, a light yellow tint gives the best useful light for night driving.

Stick to a good-quality 55W H7 bulb with no tint and you should be fine. The originals are perfectly adequate, but yours are probably just getting old.
