Fiesta 2009 1.4 benzin - engine almost stalling in idle

Hello everyone, 

I bought a second hand Fiesta last week and for the past days I noticed that when I'm starting it from cold, the engine is struggling to stay in idle. I took a video this morning: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=MFvkY7b_cn8 

This doesn't happen later on during the day after driving around for a while, I only noticed it when starting it first time in the morning.

Also, when driving it, it feels like the engine is lightly shaking/vibrating a bit, from time to time when cruising. Any ideas of what could be the issue here?
