Dim lights

As a new member I’m hoping that you can help me out. I’ve recently acquired a 2008 Mondeo and the headlights seem very dim. Is this a case of simply replacing the bulbs or is it a more sinister problem? Any pointers much appreciated thank you

If the bulbs are the original then they will be on the dim side.

I cant say that the 2008 had bad headlights i found them very good. 

Check the bulbs and thecearth connections
