Hi everyone I purchased a 2013 mondeo business edition yesterday, the sd card for the sat nav wasnt in the head unit when I purchased it but worked out how to put it in last night.

Checking the map its definitely not the latest one, looking around online some people say go to Ford others are saying get the latest version from eBay.

Just wondered if anyone has some experience with getting them from eBay? 3ca5a6071024650e20a1c7139bf26283.jpg

Ah brilliant I've been searching the Ford website and I can't even find the right one for my car they all seem to be from 2014 onwards.

I'm guessing when looking on eBay just make sure I get the correct one e.g. for touchscreen?
Also is it important to make sure the card hasn't been used in another car before? Not sure if once there inserted they can't be used again in a different car.

No, they can be used in another car, just make sure it's for the MCA unit.

Graham,

MCA...not MAC....it's the Sat Nav type.

It's a MCA unit in the MK4.5 Mondeo and a MFD in the Focus....so if you bought a SD card for a MFD unit, it won't work in the Mondeo.
