2014 zetec s vibrations over 60mph

Hi, 

So i have a 1.0 fiesta zetec s ecoboost 125bhp. When reaching higher speeds on the motorway, usually above 60mph i experience a noticeable increase in vibration in the car. The sort as if i was pushing the car close to its limits.  Is this just a characteristic of a 3 cylinder or should i be worried.

Is it from the entire car or the steering wheel? I'd think its the wheel(s) that needs balancing if the steering wheel was vibrating. 

I owned a 1 litre Peugeot previously and never have I experience something like that so can't be you pushing the car to its limit.

I notice it most from the steering wheel, but i have also noticed the seat vibrating too. Having just read a bit on wheel balancing it seems like it could be the suspect.

Almost certainly wheel balance problems.

I would say wheel balance as well.  Though being a ZS you're on low profile tyres and stiffer suspension than standard which will make general road vibrations more noticeable than in a 'softer' set up car.
