Road vibrations through brake pedal

Hiya. I have a Ford Fiesta 2014 1.5 tdci engine 35,600 miles.

I have noticed that when braking, I feel the road vibrations through the brake pedal. This happens more on rougher road surfaces. When I brake on a smoother road surface for instance. No vibrations. Just normal as it should be.

I'd be grateful for any advice.

Thanks

Best thing to check first is discs and pads.  At higher speeds and braking is it worse?  Does it pull to any side under hard braking?  Sounds to me as if the discs may be warped.  Get those checked first.
