Help! No Radio Im Going Nuts

Hi can someone please help, i changed my battery and i ve no code. I tryed using the pins but the radio wont come out, i was told the springs could be broke that release the radio. Someone told me to press 6 and 1. the information it gave me is:

Is this of any use to getting my code?

try 6 and 2 buttons on the radio
