KevinG
Hi all Looking for some help, 2009 Fiesta, bluetooth was working fine, had an issue with the coolant fan running on, drained the battery, had the fan issue fixed. Now the bluetooth menu is missing and we are unable to pair the wife's phone. Pulled the fuse (no 21), not sure if its the correct one but didn't fix the issue. Was looking at updating the firmware but there is no USB port next to the Aux Input. Any advise/help very much appreciated. Thanks Forgot to mention, i did get the bluetooth to broadcast, when i clicked on pair, i got an error message, unable to communicate with Ford Audio, but it now does not discover the Bluetooth
KevinG
Update, created an account on the Ford site to get car spec, spec states BT/VC Phone Interface Only which confirms it has bluetooth connectivity, i know i said it work before but i was beginning to doubt myself
Glennington
Has the aux and phone lights on the display (the logos on the left side of the display) stopped illuminating when the radio is turned on? I had that problem when I pulled the bluetooth module fuse and put it back in (fuse 21 on a type 1 fuse box mk7 fiesta). What seemed to fix the problem was disconnecting the battery, waiting a few minutes and connecting it back up.
