Well known suppliers are Bridgestone, Goodyear, Continental and Michelin. Ford did (and does) not use a single sipplier. My previous Focus MK2 did have Bridgestone tyres factory fitted. My original Ford 17 Inch MK2.5 wheelset did have Continental Sportcontact 2 tyres factory fitted. Whether this was due to the previous owner asking for them, or asking for "previous tyre replacements" I do not know, but what I do know, is that people who skimp on tyres will have different brand names on each tyre, these Unis were not cheap.... WireyWhenWet Posted February 11, 2019 Share Posted February 11, 2019 My old 06 Zetec came with 205 55 16 P7's as standard which I found strange - the couple that had it originally had a photo and write up of all the brands and parts so if anything went wrong they knew what to get to repair it with.
