my 1.4tdci turbo upgrade

so i decided in all my wisdom to do a 1.4 turbo build.

here we go so first thing first i need to pick what turbo i wanted to go with and the pros and cons.

Td02 turbo but only really good for around 110BHP max.
or
GT1544V used on the 1.6hdi 110BHP MODEL has bin soon to run at 145BHP with a stage 1 remap.

also i had to get the 1.6 intake pipe for mock up until i can afford to buy a intake set up.

so i decide to go with the GT1544V with a bit or modding to exhaust manifold it fitted.
also to note the GT1544V is a VNT turbo so i need to buy a VNT controller.

also to note use the genuine oil feed line as the cheap ones leek.

you can use the 1.6tdci cat as a almost strait fit as seen below.
