Parking Aid Malfunction

Has anyone had the same problem and found a remedy for it. It started out with the front offside sensor showing red when there was no object in the way now I have the Parking Aid Malfunction showing every time I start my car

    Call the Ford head office. They will change the uni free of charge. They did it for me
