S-Max radio problems

Hi everyone,

We have an S-Max 2012 Titanum X sport with the DAB radio without satnav. The bluetooth, AUX and usb functions of the car have all died with bluetooth not showing up on our devices, aux not being recognised by the car and the USB saying “initialising” for eternity. Have tried removing and unplugging the radio and replacing it with an identical unit from another S-Max but to no avail.

Any one know what’s going on!?

Same problem at my car, disconnect the battery for 30 min', reconnect, it should work.

Beware, you need your radio code, before doing this thing.
