(Apparently Vauxhall regret not marketing it as a "feature" on the vehicle). Davek1995 Posted March 24, 2019 Author Share Posted March 24, 2019 Update.. Unfortunately we're still burning oil on 5w-40 after using that engine flush. Weirdly my MPG has gone up by 3, but the oil consumption remains the same. I'm currently looking at other cars, maybe a Honda Civic. I've heard their engines are brilliant. Thanks buddy 👍 🤞 Glad it worked well for you mate, I'm sure some of the other brand flushes are also decent but BG have a really good reputation for their additives so I thought I treat the wife's car to "the good stuff". To be honest, when I dipped the oil a week after the flush and it hadn't budged a mm I nearly fell over, the difference between before and after was ridiculous.
