Dash sound turning left

In the last couple of days when I make a left turn the dash makes a cracking noise in the center like two bits of polystyrene rubbing together has anyone else experienced this?

I used to get this randomly but only in 2nd gear...  Came to the conclusion it must have been the gearshift cable rubbing somewhere, never did look into it though!

Thanks it's quite annoying guess it's turn the radio up louder then lol na I'll have to inspect underneath 🙄

Or go down to the next roundabout and back up the other side so you're making a right turn instead!😂
