Ford audio (not sync) Bluetooth issue - 2011 titanium X focus

Featured Replies

Hi

Please please can someone point me in the right direction.

I've got a 2011 ford focus Titanium X which uses ford audio and not sync. Up to yesterday Bluetooth was working perfectly. But now I can't connect anything. When I try and add a new device, it says that all slots are full and I need to debond. But then it's not giving me any list of connected devices to remove them.

Does anyone know how I can do a master reset? Everything I read seems to be instructions for sync 😞

Have you scrolled down to see what devices are bonded or is that where none are showing?

Thanks for the reply. It's not showing that any are bonded even though it's telling me that all the slots are full
