Hi everyone I am having trouble with my 09 1.8 tdci mondeo and hope someone can be of some help.

It is building pressure in the radiator hoses, and losing coolant out of degas/expansion bottle sometimes. It is not overheating, and I have no white smoke from exhaust. I have no oil mixing with water or water mixing with the oil.

I have removed thermostat and replaced the expansion bottle cap with new one from Ford. But it still happening

Any help would be appreciated thanks

I would get a sniff test on it, this will detect combustion gases in the coolant.
