DAB Radio

Has anyone fitted the above to their Escort.Just wondered if any recommendations along with an aerial.

I fitted a JVC KW-DB93BT DAB radio + cd to my MK VII it came with a free DAB Aerial. I had to cut out the plastic bottom rail that separates the radio aperture from the small storage tray underneath, and the tray itself  😞 ( top front edge and a little of the top of the tray itself )  to get it in as although its a 2 din size the original Ford radios ( 6000 cd ) are not 2 Din size,  they are not as tall ? You will also need a connecting Harness to connect the original wiring plugs to the new plugs on the radio, mine cost 8 Euro ( available at most car spares places ) . The Aerial had no instructions with it 😞 but I saw a video on You tube on how to install it. Its in and works well 🙂 .
