Southcoastfocus
My Focus mk 2.5 makes a strange buzz from the front left hand side of the vehicle when a bump is hit or the car is steered quickly. I suspect it is something to do with the traction control. Is it normal for the noise to be so obvious? Cheers
WireyWhenWet
Can you force the issue when driving slowly, e.g. low revs, backing up, going lock to lock.. And is it a mechanical or electrical sound?
Southcoastfocus
I haven’t experienced it at low speed. I think it’s a mechanical sound. I can force the issue if I steer erratically on the road (obviously if the road is clear and it is safe to do so lol).
Guy Heaton
Rattle could be drop links, especially over bumps or if steering.
