Brightest bulbs

Depends on what you are after. 

If you want a straight swap H7, Philips RacingVision are meant to be very bright but last for a very short time. Philips XTreme vision are also bright but not as much but do last at least twice as long. For an alternative, I think Osram do the Nightbreaker lasers too. 

Another option is either HID or LED conversion. In my opinion LED is easier and you’ll get a bright and white light. I believe HIDs are meant to be brighter than LEDs but are a little bit more complex to install. Autobeam or CEUK seem to be the commonly used places for these kind of conversions although other brands do these sort of conversions too. Just don’t go overly cheap though as some LED or HID conversions are horrendous
