BarryT Posted June 25, 2019 Share Posted June 25, 2019 Hi Nathan It's the air intake just search using the phrase "Intake manifold air hose for Focus Mk2 or Focus C Max 1.6 TDCi or Ford Part Ford Part 146515. Should be around £25-£35 or try your local breakers yard if your on a tight budget and you know how to remove & replace. Garage labour time 30-40mins tops. Are you definitely sure it's this that is the fault, I know the photo you supplied it looks a little worse for wear, but how is the car performing?
