Mondeo (17) 1.5 tdci - Clutch Noise

Good Afternoon Guys,

First post here. I wonder if you can help me out.

I have a 1.5 TDCI Econetic Mondeo (67 plate). My car has developed a strange sound just above the biting point of the clutch when there is a load on the car (incline or heavy). It's almost like chewbacca is in my car. If you give it more revs and release the clutch it fine.

The car has already been into Ford for this problem and they changed the clutch under warranty , this seem to solve the problem but it had appeared 2 weeks after.

The only other way I can replicate the noise is to put my foot on the brake pedal and then slowly release the clutch just above biting point. See dropbox link below:

Does anybody have any thoughts? I'm going to take it back to Ford but would like some ammo.

Thank you for your help.

Look to see if the bolt needs to be tightened up which goes into the bulkhead plate holding the Pedals for Clutch and Brake.

Hi.

Did you ever manage to fix this issue? Dealer is saying I need a new clutch and not cover d by warranty.  Only 35km on the clock!

Any suggestions anyone?
