trim removal tools

Featured Replies

Hi all, does anyone have any recommendations for a particular brand or set of trim removal tools that would help me get the door cards, pillar trim and other bits and pieces off in one piece?  I see lots of of sets at varying prices but not sure if I would need them all or just one or two key types?

id say just make sure they are metal ones.i bought plastic ones they get broken and bend too much

I've always had good results with the Bojo brand.
Cheap chinese ones are very brittle so avoid those.

They're probably all made in China. At the end of the day though dont buy the cheapest ,you get what you pay for

Bojo tools are made in the USA and are as tough as nails.

As well as tools I'd suggest buying a job lot of the right type of trim clips, cos they can break sometimes no matter how careful you are when you remove them.

Thanks guys - I'll  look up the Bojo ones.  I always seem to snap the clips so was hoping to avoid that with the proper tools.
