Ford Focus mk3 2.0tdci problem!

Hello i have some problem with my ford focus. Its 2.0 tdci engine. Car is 2011. So when i accelerate its jerking and sometimes goes in to limp mode. I checked the fault codes and i have 3 of them:

P0093 Fuel System Leak Detected- Large Leak 
P0094 Fuel System Leak Detected- Small Leak 
P0002 Fuel Volume Regulator Control Circuit Range / Performance 
 

I just changed the fuel filter problem still there. Also the fuel pressure seams jumping a litle bit. Can any one help please??
