Hi wondered if anyone can help.

I have a Ford Focus st line 2018 and for the 5th time the Sync does not come on when I start my car and can travel quite a long distance and it still does not work, it’s an intermittent problem according to Ford, I’m taking it in again because it’s happened again car is still under warranty has anybody else had issue ?

    Had something similar, the screen stayed black for maybe a couple of minutes, only happened once or twice, then seemed to sort itself out.
