Jon Bhoy
Hi all, Been having long term issues with steering vibration that at times was fairly violent.Found a few months back rear wheels needed replacing and put them at the front, had new discs and pads put in the front and garage found offside suspension arm bush needed replacing with the arm but still got a slight vibration thats annoying. So had all alloys refurbed and two were buckled so had that sorted and had about 3 alignments and balancing done too....its still there! So took it to a performance car specialist who looked over it and said there was a slight vibration which he also felt through the seat and accelerator . Now the vibration is like something is out of play as it comes in about 65mph . The performance guy said the only thing he could find was slight play in the offside driveshaft but it was still fairly small and to leave it until it got worse. He said the cost to replace just the offside was £390.I asked if that was to do both sides as i have seen mobile guys charge that for the pair but he said just the one side !! Anyone think this small amount of play may cause vibration through the steering at all ? Im just really confused about all this.
Ktmpedro220
What tyres did you put on? If cheap tyres, these sometimes cause vibration.Sent from my CLT-L09 using Tapatalk

Mine were the cheapest in the place, £45 inc everything each, work just fine. Can't even remember the 'make' as it was that obscure! 1
