@Gymfocused mean "head unit" i.e. what model stereo is fitted to the car.  This is important because there are several versions of the basic "dark grey rectangular" model, one of which won't ever support bluetooth and one that does (on a really basic level) but to support bluetooth it also needs to have the appropriate bluetooth module fitted as well.

If your MK2 Focus is only Zetec trim and still has the original factory fitted head unit fitted then it won't have any bluetooth connectivity as it's almost certainly going to be the most basic unit.

If you're wanting bluetooth connectivity it would likely be a lot more straightforward to have a basic aftermarket unit fitted.
