Fuel leak off issues

Hi guys 

I’m having an issue with my mk6.5 1.4tdci I’ve replaced the fuel leak off pipes due to a fuel leak thinking I had a perished pipe upon further investigation with the new set fitted I still have the same issue the fuel is leaking from where the pipes connect to the plastic joints I did think there maybe a blockage along the fuel return pipe but blowing down it air flows thru it fine so I’m stumped as to why it’s forcing out between the pipe and joints.

any advice greatly appreciated 👍
